Over a successful 20 year history, Force has become recognized for the technical and tactical development of individual players for the sole purpose of advancing them to play at one of the more than three thousand universities and colleges sponsoring intercollegiate soccer programs within the United States. Force accomplishes this significant goal by providing the highest quality training utilizing our unique player development methodology and competing against some of the toughest opposition in the country through the MLS NEXT platform, Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), and the National Premier League (NPL). We strive to inspire our players to be the best versions of themselves they can be both on and off the field, to dream big, and realize that they are the most important influencers in their own development. The force exists to guide and lead them on this journey.
Educate and Guide
EDUCATE AND GUIDE
Several times a year, Force hosts college education and information nights to provide the most current recruiting tips from the top D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO coaches. Helping players and their families navigate the many myths in both playing college soccer and the recruitment process itself sets a reality-based foundation for each player to begin his journey to finding the best college soccer fit. The experienced Force staff spends one-on-one time with our players, helping them identify what college attributes are most important to them. This process helps our players articulate academic desires, school size, geographic location, and any financial considerations. We like our players to ask themselves a critical question, “Would I be happy here if I wasn’t playing soccer?” Lastly and most importantly, an honest look at where each player's soccer ability intersects with his desired soccer experience in college.
