The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) platform represents the highest level of youth soccer development available to female athletes in the world. Through ECNL Girls, Force players get the opportunity to compete against the top girls clubs in the U.S., the best of the best! ECNL Girls is an integral part of the Force college program, giving our players consistent exposure to college coaches and guidance in the college recruitment process. De Anza Force was honored to be a founding member club in 2009, and is proud to continue today to further the ECNL mission to “Raise the Game” by elevating standards and experience in all aspects of youth soccer.

What is ECNL Girls
WHY ECNL GIRL'S AT FORCE?
- Coaching - Experienced coaching staff nationally licensed by U.S. Soccer, including domestic and international college, national team, professional, and world cup playing experience.
- Training - A nationally recognized, club-driven training curriculum, and methodology unique to Force and developed over 20 years of club research and success in player development.
- Competition - Access to three high-level competition platforms, ECNL Girls, ECNL Regional League, and NPL, maximizing player development opportunities and national exposure.
- College Program - Dedicated College Coordinator and resources to empower Force student-athletes, providing guidance throughout the college recruitment process.
- Player Identification - ECNL and ECNL RL teams and players attend College ID Camps, Showcase league events, and tournaments to maximize opportunities for college and youth national team recruitment.
- Two-team Structure - ECNL and ECNL RL teams provide the ability to match opportunities for development and exposure to more players within the club.
