De Anza Force 2014, 2015, and 2016 MLS Next Player ID Sessions

De Anza Force will be hosting a series of training sessions in January 2026 for boys born in 2014, 2015, and 2016. The sessions will expose prospective players and parents to our unique training methodology, through the coaching and guidance of our MLS Next staff.

The sessions are intended for elite-level players who are looking to play at the MLS Next level for the 2026/2027 season. Sessions are for players currently not playing for a De Anza Force competitive team.

Spots are limited and pre-registration is required through the link below.

All registered players will receive an email with further information about the player identification session and a confirmation to attend a specific date. Registration does not guarantee an invitation to attend.

ID Session Lead Coach

The sessions will be led by former MLS professional, Santa Clara University National Champion, De Anza Force Director of Soccer, and USSF National A Licence Coach Jeff Baicher. Over the last 25 years, Jeff has developed and mentored hundreds of players who have gone on to successful college, youth national team, and professional playing careers.

As I look back at my own youth soccer development, I feel that there were 3 fundamental missing components: access to a club with proven methodology, professional coaches, and a national platform to compete. The mission of the De Anza Force has long been player development combined with a pathway for professional coaching development. This has resulted in the most college and professional players developed over the last 25 years. The De Anza Force staff has combined over 26 years of professional playing experience, 40 years of college coaching experience and the most USSF A Licenses. All this experience combined with the ECNL Boys and MLS Next platforms creates an amazing development environment for today's youth.
